WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE TAKEN?
Non-refundable deposit is required to book the job depending on the intensity of the job. Rest of the payment can be made after the job is complete. Company is entitled to take the full payment for the job prior to unloading in long haul jobs.
WHY DO I NEED A ESTIMATE?
An estimate helps you understand the moving costs ahead of time so that there are no surprises on the day of move. Make sure to receive a written estimate.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO OFFER A BASIC QUOTE?
We provide two different types of quotes: hourly and flat-rate.
With an hourly quote, we simply require a rough estimate of the amount of belongings you have. This allows us to determine the appropriate truck size and the number of movers needed for your move.
For a flat-rate quote, we need a more comprehensive list of details, including the approximate number of boxes, a complete inventory of your furniture, and additional information such as the number of flights of stairs, whether you require packing services, and if you have any specialty items like pianos, gun safes, hot tubs, or pool tables. We'll also need to know if our moving truck can be parked conveniently at both your origin and destination, and if you require any dismantling and assembling services.
HOW IS THE JOB TIME CALCULATE?D
Billing commences when our moving team arrives at your pickup location and continues throughout the loading, transit to your destination, and unloading process. The timer stops upon completion of unloading at your drop-off site, once the truck is empty, and any required setup tasks have been finished. Please note that for certain jobs, especially those involving distances greater than an hour between loading and unloading, exceptions may apply, subject to prior discussion
